My clinical team is starting to look into using our EHR's built-in Artificial Intelligence feature to help document their notes. I'm still learning the details of how it works and what it does. Does anyone have providers that are using any sort of documentation AI feature? How has it been working? Good, bad, ugly? Any feedback would be helpful! We're using athenaOne, but would love to hear experiences from anyone.
