I know that you can only code confirmed cases of HIV and AIDS, etc. But how do you code a infection caused by a AIDS-type disease?

This is how the physician documented it. There is no further info about what the disease is, just that it is AIDS-like. I can't use HIV positive or AIDS codes, so what do you guys recommend here? The pt has candidiasis.
