Please help w/ Albuterol Coding.

I have doctors who are learning a new PM system - They are using:

RX: *Albuterol inhalation solution 2.5mg per 3ml / Ipratropium inhalation solution 0.5mg per 2.5ml.

On the intake sheet they are circling the Albuterol and Atrovent. Would you code the J7620? For our office we have been using the J7620 for adults and J7613 for peds. What about code J7644?

Please help me as I am lost. Please see attachment so you can see what I see.

At my last coding job, I was told to put both J7613 and J7644 for the situation you describe. No reports of payer problems from billing on those codes, nor was I told to differentiate the codes based on age.

As always, YMMV
