Wiki Allergy 95004, Include positive/negative control as "tests"?

95004- Percutaneous tests (scratch, puncture, prick) with allergenic extracts, immediate type reaction, including test interpretation and report, specify number of tests
When the test is performed at the facility, a Positive (Histamine) Control and a Negative (Diluent) Control is completed. Are these to be counted in the number of tests?

For example, if the test included cat, dog, and dust mite allergens and a positive control and a negative control, would you assign a quantity of 3 (1 for each allergen) or 5 (1 for each allergen and 1 for each control)?
