Can someone tell me how they successfully code for immunotherapy shots provided when MAILED to a patient to be self-administered when the antigen is purchased from a vendor and NOT mixed/prepared by the provider?

Is the patient coming into the office to get it administered by a QHP? If so, generally CPT 95115 & 95117 is what I use for my Allergists. 95115 is for 1 injection and then 95117 is for 2+.

Thank you but I am looking for what to charge for the antigen/extract not for the injection when it is mailed to the patient. It is my understanding that we couldn't charge the 95115/95117 because it was self-administered, right?
