Can someone tell me what diagnosis that use to code for the allergy injections. Is V07.1 necessary for a secondary diagnosis
 
I guess it is an unacceptable primary diagnosis in the inpatient scenario. I cant seem to find any actual guidelines. Do you know if there are any written guidelines? We have been using 477.8 and V07.1. Just trying to find out which was is actually correct.
