Wiki Allergy Shot and Epi Pin

We had a provider who gave a child her regular allergy shot but the child had a adverse reaction to the injection and the provider injected her with a partial epi pin in the same injection spot as the allergy shot.

my question is can we bill for a partial epi pin injection??
