I am trying to understand lab coding cpt 82785 and 86003 for allergy tests. The order is for 82782 and 86003 for each panel and are billing for both cpt's however when I look at the test results, only see results for specific allergens which would be 86003. Am I understanding code 82785 right in that I should also see a total IgE as well as results for each specific allergen IgE, 86003?
