Does anyone know where I can find the Allowable amount of units for CPT/HCPCS codes; (Medicare/Noridian Guidelines). Palmetto use to have it on their site but I cant find it anywhere on Noridian. Medicare is denying some codes for "exceeds allowable amount of units". Like 96375 as an example. Thanks

Are you thinking of Medically Unlikely Edits, MUEs? You should be able to find that on CMS.

Why would you use more than one unit of 96375. It is an add on code for each additional substance if you provide multiple different drugs as an IV push then you will report 96375 on different line items using a 59.
