Wiki Allowable amount of units

Does anyone know where I can find the Allowable amount of units for CPT/HCPCS codes; (Medicare/Noridian Guidelines). Palmetto use to have it on their site but I cant find it anywhere on Noridian. Medicare is denying some codes for "exceeds allowable amount of units". Like 96375 as an example. Thanks

The MUE edits are still on CMS. Here is the link. Hit accept at the bottom and will give you the MUE file that was effective 10/2014.

It is also downloadable through Excel so save it to your computer to check your MUE's on all procedures
