Currently I am billing 1 unit for each of the following codes for 24 hr AMB: 95700, 95708, 95719. If it is a 48hr AMB I am billing 1 unit for 95700, 95708, 95721.
Is this valid or should there be 2 units billed for (any) of these codes? thank you.

Just to clarify my question:
If a patient is seen for a 24hr AMB EEG (12hrs to 26hrs), I am billing as:
95700 x1
95708 x1
95719 x2
If a patient is seen for a 48hr AMB EEG, we are billing as:
95700 x1
95708 x1
95719 x1
But by definition of the codes, it may be different and I need clarification.
95708 a study of the electrical activity of the brain, lasting 12 to 26 hours.
95719 is Report this code for each increment of greater than 12 hours up to 26 hours of EEG recording.
95721 is The complete study continues greater than 36 hours and up to 60 hours of EEG recording.

Questions: what about the time in between 26 and 36 hours; should these codes be billed in multiple units?
According to the 2021 CPT book that I have (page attached) it should be billed as:
For a 48hr, which is 36-48hrs
95708 x2
95719 x2
95721 x 1
Thank you.
