Please help! I am still confuse about billing for an ambulatory surgical facility fee. My surgeon owns an accredited ambulatory surgical facility and he want to bill a fee for the OR in addition to the procedure. I don't know of a code for OR (ambulatory surgical facility). Does anybody knows please help:(
