We are a Ambulatory Surgery Center. I need to know how to code Intramural cauterization and outfracturing of the inferior turbinates? I have been coding 30930 but I have been getting denials on that code. I am wondering if I should use 30802 instead?

What are your denials stating is the problem? You have to code based on documentation, not on denials. Most payers have not reviewed the medical records when they deny a claim, so a denial often has nothing to do with coding. Without reviewing your operative notes, no one can advise you on what are correct codes.
