We recently have discovered that when we receive remits from Amerigroup through Availity the reason codes are incorrect. This is only happening with the secondary Amerigroup claims. We have contacted Amerigroup and Availity and they both say the other is responsible. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?
