Hey everyone. I noticed an old thread from 2009 regarding amiodarone keratopathy, and I wanted to see how others are coding it. I know my providers explained to me that it creates deposits on the cornea. In which case I believe the only applicable one would be unspecified corneal deposit. But, in that old thread, they mentioned doing adverse effect of the drug (considering that it is not poisoning). I was told to maybe just go with the unspecified corneal deposit diagnosis, but I wanted to see how others in the field are coding this situation. Thanks in advance!
