"In the left leg, the necrotic tissue was removed using a curette as well as sharp debridement. Proximal leg wound had a small tract and this was opened and debrided. Debridement was taken down to the fascia and subcutaneous tissue. Leg wounds were irrigated and amniofix sheet was applied all over the wounds. This was followed by Adaptic. This was followed by Kerlix and then ace wrap and coban compression. "
