My doctor is performing a mucous membrane graft from the mouth/lip to repair the fornix and billing 68328, which includes obtaining the graft. In this case, the graft will be large enough that he also plans to use an amniotic membrane graft to repair the resulting defect in the mouth. Can anyone help with the code for repairing the site in the mouth? The only codes I found for amnio are for the ocular surface. Thanks
