If provider orders a KUB and we have the facility to do the TC portion of the KUB and then we send out to have read by another source who intrepret the KUB. When patient comes in and we interpret does that count for Independent interpretation of tests?

I'm unclear on your question. You are sending the study out to be interpreted by someone else; therefore, you are not doing the interpretation yourselves. But then you say you are interpreting when the patient comes back.
