Does anyone know if 28820 (toe amputation) can be billed together with 14350 (flap)? I know that excisions are included in the flap code, but I can't find anything about an amputation.

There are no CCI conflicts for either cpt code 28820 or 14350 if billed together.
But from a 3rd party payer it would depend on the operative report wheather the flap code would be included in the primary procedure 28820. Therefore, the best billing pratice would be to bill both codes; and 51 modifier to the flap code and submit the operative report.
