Hello,

This patient had right BKA surgery performed in December 2011. The incision is healed with patient complaints of phantom pain.

This patient also had left BKA surgery performed in April 2012. It is now July and the incision remains open. Wound care is being provided to the area.

The member also had right 5th digit amputated, rt hand. This is also healed with occassional numbness.

What would be the codes for this case?
