Can you bill for a 36415 venipuncture if you are using the same IV site for a therapuetic infusion on the same dos?
 
If the pt is receiving chemo through access of a port, then no you can not bill 36415.
If the pt is receiving chemo by IV infusion, they yes you can bill 36415 venipuncture
