Wiki anastomosis of a mid ureteral avulsion

Good afternoon Group

My Dr was called in to repair a mid ureteral avulsion. The pt was already open when he arrived. He then used potts scissors to transect and remove the preexisting clips and then re-spatulated the distal and proximal ends. then went on to place a stent. Would an unspecified code (53899 comparative 50780) and 50605 be appropriate or my other option I was considering is 50760.
