I am in need of help. We have a client that has one anesthesiologist and 7 CRNA's. Some of the procedures this group does of course are medically directed. While we are certain the coding is done properly we do not know if we are actually billing it out correctly as we are getting conflicting opinions on how it is done. We need someone to help us and I AM WILLING TO PAY a good consulting fee to get help with this.

Can someone guide us and help.
