Wiki Anesthesia & Clinical Trial Modifiers

I have claims for anesthesia services for a Clinical Trial procedure. The claims are hitting an Edit stating that it is being billed with an Invalid Modifier, which would be the Q0 or Q1. I am unable to find anything whether anesthesia services are included in this modifier for the Trials or if anesthesia is exempt from this modifier.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Are you putting the Medical direction modifier first? for example AA or QK or QX or QY or QZ?
