Hi... Procedure code billed is 62362 (Under Reservoir/Pump Implantation Procedures on the Spine and Spinal Cord) and the anesthesia administered was TIVA. What anesthesia code would you bill for the TIVA anesthesia services?
 
62362 crosses to either 00400 or 00300 depending on the body location. I cannot say which ASA code without seeing the op note.

Use 00400 if pump is placed the front of the body, and 00300 if it's placed in the posterior.
