If an anesthesiologist medically directs a CRNA, and a Swan-Ganz catheter, a separate CVP line, and an A-line are performed, do both providers bill for all services in addition to the anesthesia? Also, if they do not both code all, does the anesthesiologist or the CRNA bill for these extra services? I am taking an on-line class and can not get an answer until tomorrow. Thanks for your feedback.
