Wiki anesthesia for 76000

I have a patient who was scheduled for an ESWL under General anesthesia but when they got in there all that was done was 76000 (fluoroscopy) as they could not find the stone. I can not figure out what to bill as 76000 does not have an ASA attached to it. Please help.
