Patient has a back injury with L3-4 facet injury. Neurosurgeon takes patient to O.R. and provides a bilateral fluoroscopically guided facet injection at L3-L4. This codes out to CPT 64493.

The CRNA has submitted a sheet for his service. However, the 64493 does not cross walk to any anesthesia code. Is this billable by a CRNA? :(

We don't give anesthesia for our pain injections but I checked Code Correct (Med Assets). They suggested 01935 or 01936. I don't have a relative value guide at home or a crosswalk but you could check out those ASA codes.
