We are trying to figure out if the anestheiologist has to sign the post op notes or just progress notes and what the time frame allowed. Example: Patient transferred to PACU, post op note documented by CRNA or physican, then there is the progress note where the doctor writes discharge to home and again signs. Then we have a 6 page PACU record that the CRNA's record vitals, etc.
