We have hired our own CRNA to work at the ASC. I am a bit confused on the billing end of it. I am setting up the anesthesia procedures, have done the time base units thing to come up with our fee. What about the CRNA?? Do I have to bill for her on a different form? The location would still be the surgery center. Providers normally go on a 1500 form but the ASC is billing for her at our location. Not sure how to set this up.:confused:
