Hello, I recently received a new position where I am auditing anesthesia billing. Though I am quite familiar with anesthesia coding. The one area I struggle with is the total overall units placed on the claim form. I know that time, base units, and modifying factors all come into play, but if someone could provide examples and a walk through from start to end, that would be wonderful.
