I am new to anesthesia billing/coding. I am billing anesthesia for inpatient and outpatient hospital. I have all the coding down, but no idea where to start as far as billing. We have CRNA's that do all anesthesia, under MD direction. I have the modifiers and understand the % of price for each. I need to know....do I split the lines with % for MD and % for CRNA. Or leave the full price on one line with the modifier?
