How do you code LUPV,RUPV, LLPV, and RLPV as an angiogram? Would you use the 93565 to capture the angiograms. The physician is entering into the Left Atrium and then taking pictures within the following areas? Would you use a selective catheter placement code to capture the placement of the catheter.(36000)
