Is it appropiate to bill a pre and a post angiography of the same vessel during a pulmonary valvuloplasty procedure?
 
In most cases it is not and normally just bill for the vavuloplasty. If they are treating to separate areas of stenosis like pulm artery and then the valve as separate interventions then both can be coded.
