Patient taken emergently to cath lab for MI. Dr only did a angiopasty no stent.
Microinfarction secondary to very distal codominant circumflex occlusion. Successful vessel opening with angioplasty. Vessel is unappealing for stent implantation. Good response to angioplasty alone. Continue medical therapy.
Should this be coding with 92920 instead of 92941?
