What would be the correct way to code a percutaneous angioplasty of high grade stenosis of a left femoral posterior tibial bypass( previous bypass performed with a vein.... profunda to posterior tibial artery). The angioplasty was done just proximal to the anastomosis. Is this 37224 or 37228 ?
