There doesn't seem to be a specific code, but I am leaning towards the osteochondritis dissecans since the literature states an osteochrondral lesion of the talus is also known as OCD. Does your documentation note the lesion involves the talus?

I just came across that today. I had originally coded it as 733.90, but it came back for a more specific dx - So I ended up changing it to 732.7

Code 732.7 is more specific. Osteochondral defect due to impingement causes osteochondritis......
