Hi,

We are encountering a denial from Oxford and United Healthcare when we bill a Annual Preventative(eg., 99385...99395) with an office visit (eg.,, 99204...99215) due to inclusive even if we billed the preventative with Dx V70.0 and with a modifier 25. Although we billed the office visit with sick DX. Can we still bill them both this year since the coming of the new Healthcare Act?
