Hi! So I just want to know how many of the cardiology coders have seen their cardiologist perform an annual visit in the office? Personally I haven't seen them perform one.

If you have seen your cardiologist perform one how was the documentation worded? Any tips on how to watch out for this? I have only coded specialities since I started coding a year ago so I'm not exactly sure what I would be looking for.
