Have you ever or would you bill cpt 87210 wet mount routinely once a pap is done during the well woman/annual exam?
There is no documentation of the service being described as done and there is no indication that necessitates the procedure.

you only code for a wet mount when it is documented usually if there is documentation of a discharge or ordor they will perform the wet mount. It is not a routine service. If the do a wet mount and a KOH you use the 87210 twice with a 59 modifier on the second one.
