I need help. For annual wellness visist I can use code G0438 or G0439 with codes 99387 or 99387?

No the G codes are for medicare patients only. You don't use both.

For Medicare patients, both codes can be used if both services are provided and are separately supported by documentation. The AWV would be carved out of the preventive med code.
