A Clinical Pharmacist in a provider based clinic has put together a proposal where she would provide all the services defined in the follow-up AWVs. She is licensed in the State, and the Pharmacy Practice Act covers the services she proposes, she is also an employee of the clinic. Can she provide these visits and have them billed 'incident to' ?
