Billing for an annual wellwoman exam

Depending on what state you are in, there may be different rules for different medicaid plans. I am in Oregon and for our state medicaid I would bill the 99397 and Q0091. The "G" codes used are for Medicare and you would not need to bill for both the 99397 and G0438.
