I have a physician that has started testing that is new to our clinic. He is giving the codes of:
91120 (Rectal sensation, tone, balloon sensations)
91122 (Anorectal manometry)
51784 (Electromyography of anal or urethral sphincter)
76872 (Anal ultrasound).

When I enter all the codes into our encoder system - it shows that all can be billed together, but I wonder if some would be considered as unbundling. Direction?
