Post Op Diagnosis: Rectal Ulcer

Anoscopy was performed. The lesion of concern was located and exposed with the anoscope it was then clamped with a right angle clamp at its base and resected. The resultant defect was repaired with a running 3-0 undyed Vicryl suture. Speciman was handed off the operative field. Area was carefully examined. There was noted to be meticulous hemostasis. Proctoscopy was then performed to 20cm with no other abnormalities.
Path came back as solitare rectal ulcer

I was going with unlisted -46999, just would like another opinion. Thanks!!!!
