Here is the description of the procedure in the report:
After informed consent was obtained, patient's left femoral region was prepped, draped and infiltrated with Xylocaine. A 5-French sheath was placed in the left femoral artery via the modified Seldinger technique. A 5-French pigtail catheter was advinced to the abdominal aorta. Abdominal aortography with iliofemoral runoff was performed in the PA view. Angled views of the femoral bifurcations were made in both legs. Left leg angiography with distal vessel runoff was then performed in the PA view. The catheter was removed. The sheath was removed and hemostasis was achieved using a 6-French Angio-Seal closure device.
The doctor says to report 36247, 75630-26, and 75716-26. Is this correct?
