Last one (I hope) in need of assistance
Preop - Ischemic right lower extremity now receiving tissue plasminogen activator for completion arteriogram
Cannulation - 36218
Unilateral lower extremity - 75170
Infusion for thrombolysis - 37201
S & I - 75896
or is it more appropriate to go:

arteriograms were obtained through the infusion catheter which demonstrated no occlusion, no evidence of performation of vessel or bleeding. Groin shots obtained both left and right side. Pt is getting continuous Heparin. The tissue plasminogen activator was stopped several hours ago. Pressure was held on groins. Some venous bleeding from fasciotomy sites was noted.
