We are a genetic coding laboratory and we want to know how to code a maternal record for prenatal genetic testing when the history of genetic or hereditary disease is on the paternal side. We code for the mother of course but we want to convey to the third party payer that there is a possible genetic risk to the fetus based on the father.

What codes would you use for personal and family history of genetic or hereditary disease from the father on the mother's claim?
