We have a patient who we saw for all of her antepartum care and we billed a 59426. She ended up having a emergency c-section deliver in another town. We are now following her for her post partum care. Would we bill 59430 for the postpartum care or a different code?

Hi, I was wondering for the Antepartum billing and coding, would I have to report all the visits? like report the E/M visit set as a $0.00 and report the last visit with the appropriate antepartum code? HELP.... I am new to OB-GYN billing and coding I would appreciate some advice and guidance regarding antepartum and postpartum coding and billing. Thank you in advance.
