Help - I am not familiar with antepartum care documentation or the billing for antepartum care. Is CPT code 59025 considered part of the antepartum care if the ICD-10 code is O36.8190? And, is the prenatal flowsheet considered documentation for the date of the antepartum care billing? Thank you

59025 Fetal non-stress test is NOT included in global maternity care if that is your question. Documentation workflow could vary practice to practice, but for most practices, the standard routine antepartum visits will be documented only on some type of prenatal flowsheet.
